Service Guarantee and Pricing All of our home network installations come with the following service and support guarantee: 1) A full 30-day money back guarantee on all home network installations. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us with 30-days of your installation and we will fix the problem or return the full price of equipment and services if the issue cannot be resolved. 2) All home network installation customers receive free telephone technical support for 3-months following installation for any network related issues or problems. Our full service customers and small business customers receive the standard services and guarantees, PLUS: 1) 30-day free on-site technical support for network related problems or issues. 2) 12-month free telephone technical support for network related problems or issues. 3) On-site replacement of faulty network equipment during the life of the manufacturer's hardware warranty. All provisions and limitations of the hardware manufacturer apply. New Millennium Communications provides flexible billing to suit most business needs. Hourly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Special Bid Project rates are available. Discounts are available with all support contracts. Extended support plans are also available.
